HireLoft Recruitment is partnering with a well-established commercial construction company in Calgary to find an experienced Project Manager. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys owning projects end to end, keeping teams aligned, and delivering quality builds on time and on budget. What you'll be doing

You will take ownership of assigned construction projects from planning through closeout, acting as the main point of contact for clients and coordinating the moving parts along the way. Day to day, that includes:

- Building and managing project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts, and keeping profitability on track
- Coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep work moving and on spec
- Reviewing and approving invoices, managing change orders, and maintaining clean project documentation (contracts, RFIs, submittals, reports)
- Leading project meetings and providing regular updates on progress, budget,



and risks to clients and leadership
- Anticipating delays and risks early and adjusting plans to keep milestones on schedule
- Championing site safety and ensuring all work meets applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Building strong client relationships through clear, consistent communication

What we're looking for

- A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven project management experience in commercial or general construction
- Comfortable managing larger-scale, multi-million dollar builds
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, project delivery methods, and budget/schedule control
- Hands-on experience with project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar
