We are a fast-paced, cooperative Design-Agency specializing in branding, digital media, and visual storytelling. Our team thrives on collaboration, creativity, innovative thinking and delivering exceptional design solutions for a diverse range of clients.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, forward-thinking Senior Graphic Designer who specializes in AI-driven design workflows and excels in client service. This role bridges the gap between traditional design principles—composition, typography, color theory—and cutting-edge AI methodologies to produce stunning, high-impact visual assets at unprecedented speed and scale.
As a key member of the creative team, you will manage projects from initial kickoff through to final production. You will balance visual branding with client-service excellence, bringing a positive, problem-solving mindset to a quick-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI-Driven Ideation & Execution: Utilize advanced AI tools (inclusive of all in Gemini Suite) to rapidly prototype, iterate, and execute high-quality visual concepts.
- Agency & Brief Auditing: Review and audit creative files and presentation decks from design agencies prior to finalization, guaranteeing that all assets requested in the initial brief are captured and specifications are flawless.
- Print & Production QA: Perform rigorous quality assurance on all design files (including bespoke and New Product Introduction 2D print assets) to ensure they are print-ready, accurate, and strictly adhere to required technical specifications, retail codes, and naming conventions prior to being sent for print production.
- Branding & Campaigns: Lead creative concept development for branding projects, digital campaigns, print media,
and social media deliverables, as well as ad-hoc asks from Creative and Art Directors.
- Production & Project Support: Manage the workflow and distribution of product launch assets through internal production management systems, while simultaneously providing dedicated design support for in-house bespoke projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present and discuss creative ideas clearly to both internal teams and external clients. Partner with product teams to translate abstract briefs into compelling visual narratives.
- Presentation Design: Design and refine presentation flows tailored to specific audiences and high-stakes client meetings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate abstract briefs into compelling digital, print, and social media campaigns.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously research, test, and integrate emerging AI design tools, plugins, and methodologies into the company’s creative ecosystem.
- Asset & Repository Management: Maintain, organize, and update production creative decks, tracking spreadsheets, and centralized file repositories to ensure seamless access and version control for all creative assets.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in fine arts, graphic design or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or a digital agency environment,
with at least 2 years actively integrating generative AI into your professional workflow, inclusive of the Gemini Suite.
- Strong foundational knowledge of print production requirements, technical file specifications, and pre-press QA processes.
- Demonstrated experience in a project-management adjacent role, with a strong ability to track deliverables, manage timelines, and coordinate between internal teams and design agencies.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills; with a proven track record of maintaining clean file structures and master tracking spreadsheets in fast-paced environments.
- Solid team player who thrives in client-facing environments, utilizing a collaborative growth approach to build alignment and drive project success.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Meticulous attention to detail while in a fast-paced environment and being capable of auditing technical file formats, as well as spotting AI-made errors or brand inconsistencies in reviews.
- Heavy proficiency in traditional graphic design software, specifically Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Hands-on experience navigating and organizing large-scale production management systems, tracking spreadsheets, and cloud-based file repositories.
What We Offer:
- A creative and collaborative studio culture.
- Opportunities to work on diverse and exciting client projects.
- Professional development and training support.
- Flexible work arrangements (hybrid or remote options available).
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
