Responsibilities
- Leading the development and execution of technical strategies and programs.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to enhance code quality and product performance.
- Creating effective proofs of concept and rapid prototypes to meet evolving business needs.
- Elevating the skills and output of the engineering team through strong leadership and mentorship.
- Architecting for both recent features and managing existing code bases with a focus on best practices.
- Ensuring alignment with Scrum teams to facilitate the execution of architectural decisions.
- Engaging in daily communication with team members and the product owner to prepare work for development.
Qualifications
- Having a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.
- 7+ years of software development experience for web‑based products at scale.
- 3+ years in software architecture and technical leadership, ideally with some experience in leading offshore teams.
- Experience with the Microsoft technical stack – C#, .NET, Visual Studio as well as React.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for mentoring and guiding others.
- Ability to work autonomously and be meticulous in your work.
- Ability to collaborate across both technical and non‑technical teams.
- Demonstration of a continuous learning mindset and ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
