Your new role
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of condominium properties.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for condominium boards, owners, residents, and service providers.
- Prepare and present budgets, financial reports, meeting packages, and operational updates.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, capital projects, and contractor performance.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Attend board meetings and provide guidance on operational, financial, and governance matters.
- Ensure compliance with condominium bylaws, policies, and applicable legislation.
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in condominium or residential property management.
- Experience working directly with condominium boards and residents.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
