This role seeks an experienced Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with at least 3 years in mental health settings. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans while delivering care based on DSM-V diagnoses. Skills in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and crisis intervention are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments for clients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide psychotherapy using various therapeutic modalities




• Monitor client progress and adjust care strategies
• Facilitate psycho-educational programs for groups
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years recent mental health nursing experience
• Experience in adult mental health environments
• Bachelor’s in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing required
• Current RN or RPN license in Ontario
• Demonstrated crisis intervention and therapy skills
