Reporting to the Manager of IT Client Services, you will provide essential support for classroom and meeting technologies at Victoria University. Your responsibilities will include setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of A/V systems, inventory management, and training users on various equipment. Ensure smooth operations for all scheduled room bookings while collaborating with faculty and staff for effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for classroom A/V and software systems
• Maintain inventory and care for all classroom technology




• Train faculty and staff on equipment usage
• Manage setup and teardown of A/V equipment for events
• Act as Project Lead for classroom technology upgrades
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience with A/V and classroom technology
• Community College diploma in media arts or equivalent
• Knowledge of Voice over IP and mobile devices
• Solid problem-solving skills and customer service focus
• Ability to train others on technical equipment
