Location: Concord, ON

Northstar Wall Systems has been delivering high-quality masonry, EIFS, stucco, and exterior wall systems across the GTA for over 30 years. We work on commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential projects and have built a reputation for quality, reliability, and professionalism.

We are looking for an experienced Estimator who can hit the ground running.

This is not an entry-level or training position.

We're looking for someone who already understands construction estimating, can read drawings confidently, prepare accurate takeoffs, and manage tenders with minimal supervision.

Salary:$80,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
- Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing.
- Prepare and submit competitive bids on time.
- Identify scope gaps, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Work closely with project managers, suppliers, and general contractors.
- Maintain accurate estimating records and pricing databases.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in commercial and residential construction.




- Strong understanding of masonry, EIFS or exterior wall systems.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings without assistance.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar software is an asset.
