Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Glazing Project Manager to join our Winnipeg branch . This role is designed for an experienced glazing professional who has successfully managed large commercial projects and is ready to take on greater leadership responsibilities within a growing organization.

A Day in the Life

- Lead complex commercial glazing projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Review and interpret contracts, specifications, drawings, and project requirements
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, labour productivity, and financial performance
- Coordinate schedules, manpower planning, fabrication, procurement, and installation activities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and general contractors
- Lead negotiations and resolve project-related challenges
- Oversee project risk management and change order processes




- Mentor and support junior project team members
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects

Requirements

- Minimum 8+ years of experience managing commercial glazing projects
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects valued between $500K and $2M+
- Extensive knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, window wall, and commercial glazing systems
- Solid contract administration, budgeting, and negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- PMP designation considered an asset
- Education in Construction Management, Building Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field considered an asset
- Advanced proficiency with project management software including Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam considered an asset
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
