This role supports financial management, governance, resource administration, and reporting across a diverse portfolio of technology projects. The position offers exposure to strategic technology investments and collaboration with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, Vendor Management, and technology stakeholders in a quick-paced project environment.

Must Haves

- 10+ years in project controls , financial analysis , budgeting , or accounting within an Information Technology organization
- Project governance , forecasting , accrual management , and project financial reporting
- SAP , ServiceNow , Power BI , Fieldglass , and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Change Requests , project schedule variance tracking, and project documentation coordination

Nice to Have

- SharePoint administration
- Microsoft Teams administration

Responsibilities

- Support project budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the IT portfolio
- Execute monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning processes including reconciliation, accrual management, variance analysis,



and reporting
- Maintain Total Cost of Ownership throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist Project Managers with Change Requests and impact assessments related to schedule, scope, resources, and budget
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, contractor setup, and time-entry administration within Fieldglass
- Process and validate transactions through SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce VRM, OpenInvoice, and other enterprise systems
- Generate and maintain project financial and resource reporting using Excel and Power BI
