Project Manager – Emergency Restoration Services | Restoration Mate

Location: GTA / Ontario

Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 + Vehicle + Perks

Restoration Mate is growing fast and looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead emergency restoration projects from first call to completion.

This is not a desk job — you’ll be in the field, managing sites, coordinating crews, and driving projects forward in high-pressure situations.

What You’ll Do:

- Respond to emergency calls and perform on-site damage assessments

- Measure spaces and create basic floor plans / sketches

- Capture full job documentation (before, during, after photos + reports)

- Take moisture readings and manage drying progress

- Set up, monitor, and manage drying equipment

- Handle equipment drop-offs and pick-ups

- Oversee crews, subcontractors, and day-to-day site activity

- Review and align scopes with Xactimate estimates





- Work with clients and insurance partners to keep jobs moving

What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years in restoration, construction, or emergency services

- Strong understanding of water, fire, and mold restoration

- Experience with moisture mapping and drying equipment

- Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure

- Valid driver’s license

Nice to Have:

- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, etc.)

- Construction or building-related education

- Experience with Xactimate
