Our client is seeking a full-time Senior Automation Specialist to develop and implement critical control systems for both the Clearwater Project and their Demonstration Program. With 15+ years in industrial automation, you will define long-term strategies and collaborate with engineers to optimize processes focused on safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop control philosophies for DCS/PLC/SCADA systems
• Oversee HMI and industrial network configurations
• Collaborate on instrumentation and control strategies




• Interface with vendors on control system integration
• Troubleshoot issues during commissioning phases
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 15+ years in oil, gas, or refining automation
• Registered P.Eng. or P.Tech. is a plus
• Proven leadership in FATs and SATs
• Hands-on DCS/PLC configuration experience
