Role Description This is a full-time, Service Plumber/Boiler Technician role based in Calgary, AB. The role involves performing plumbing and boiler service, maintenance, and repair for commercial and industrial clients, including diagnosing issues, installing components, and completing preventative maintenance tasks. Daily responsibilities include responding to service calls, troubleshooting piping and boiler systems, and ensuring work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements. The technician will communicate with customers to explain findings, provide recommendations, and document all work performed. Collaboration with other trades and adherence to company procedures, quality standards, and safety practices are essential.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and industrial systems.
- Candidates should possess experience working with pipe systems, including layout,



fitting, and replacement.
- Candidates should possess maintenance and maintenance & repair skills, with a focus on boilers and related mechanical equipment.
- Candidates should possess solid customer service skills, including clear communication and professionalism in office.
- Journeyperson Plumber or equivalent trade certification (or progressing toward certification) is preferred.
- Experience with boiler systems in commercial or industrial environments is an asset.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, safety regulations, and best practices for plumbing and boiler work.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for service calls in the Calgary area.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete detailed service documentation.
