Join ZRG Embedded Recruiting as a Contract Technical Recruiter supporting an innovative client headquartered in the Quebec region. This is a fully remote contract opportunity where you'll partner closely with hiring leaders to identify and attract top engineering and technical talent.
Our client designs sustainable, large-scale HVAC and liquid cooling systems for critical environments. Their products—including custom air handling units (AHUs) and industrial chillers—are built for heavy-demand facilities like hyperscale data centers, healthcare facilities, clean rooms, and semiconductor plants
What You'll Do
- Proactively source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct recruiter screens and guide candidates through the interview process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Utilize market intelligence and talent mapping to advise stakeholders on competitive hiring trends.
- Track recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring activity while maintaining accurate data in the ATS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in an agency, RPO, or corporate workplace.
- Experience recruiting engineering and technical professionals, including Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Manufacturing, Software, Firmware, Systems, or Product Engineering roles.
- Strong sourcing expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and a consultative approach with hiring managers and candidates.
- Recruiting across Canada, particularly within Quebec.
