Insight Global is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join a luxury hospitality and wellness organization that delivers an elevated, concierge-style guest experience. This opportunity is ideal for an RMT who is passionate about providing exceptional care in a high-end environment and enjoys building meaningful connections with guests from diverse backgrounds, including high-net-worth individuals and celebrity clientele.

This is not a traditional spa or clinic setting. Every guest receives a complimentary 60-minute massage as part of their stay, making the massage experience a signature offering and a key component of the overall guest journey. From personalized treatment recommendations to seamless service delivery, the Massage Therapist will play a critical role in creating memorable wellness experiences that exceed expectations.

The ideal candidate is a skilled therapist who combines technical expertise with exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Deliver personalized massage treatments tailored to guest needs and preferences
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and concierge-level guest experience from arrival through departure
- Guide guests through service options and recommend treatments based on wellness goals




- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, relaxing, luxury environment
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities for treatment spaces
- Enhance the guest experience through thoughtful touches such as tea service, hot towels, and cold compresses
- Manage approximately 3–6 treatments per shift
- Utilize scheduling and charting software to document treatments and manage appointments
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Collaborate with the wellness team to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Uphold all health, safety, and regulatory requirements associated with massage therapy practice

Must-Have Qualifications

- Active registration and good standing as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Ontario
- Strong massage therapy skills and understanding of various treatment techniques
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Qualified, articulate, and confident interacting with luxury clientele
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to creating personalized guest experiences
- Comfortable working in a hospitality-driven environment
