About the Opportunity
We are growing again! We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analyststo support ongoing PeopleSoft HCM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution of standard deliverables applicable to all facets of the system development lifecycle i.e., from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Creation of detailed project documentation – BRD, Business Process Maps, Functional Specs, Functional Design Documents, Testing Matrices, Training Documentation etc.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst experience.
- Solid business analysis experience.
- Experience working with public sector and/or higher education institutions
- Experience with at least three PeopleSoft HCM modules
