Marketing Manager - Maternity Leave Coverage

Toronto Hondais looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team representing multiple brands. If you are this person and have experience or interest in automotive, we want you to consider working with one of the leading automotive dealership groups in Canada.

What You Will Do:

- Support our dealerships by planning, developing, and delivering exceptional marketing programs to maximize sales opportunities
- Marketing programs could include paid and organic social media campaigns, google ads, sales enablement, website graphics and landing pages, in-store promotions, email campaigns, organizing events/activities, traditional advertising
- On-going website monitoring and updates and working with website partner as required
- Working with agency partners to maximize ROI and ensure efforts are capitalizing on the latest opportunities and capabilities of digital channels
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and make proactive suggestions for improvement
- Maximize organic efforts to improve SEO
- Working with internal and external teams to create compelling content
- Support any marketing events as required
- Working with dealership/marketing teams on how leads are being nurtured/captured

What You Bring to the Role:

- Energy and excitement to work in the auto industry
- Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills




- Strong decision-making and leadership skills with the ability to organize, coordinate and execute multiple projects at the same time
- Able to adapt to constantly changing needs and deadlines
- Strong ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to put together and measure an effective, comprehensive, and multi-channeled marketing campaign.
- You are a do-er who has the drive and ownership to get things done and deliver results
- 5-7 years marketing experience preferably in a digital capacity
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Automotive, Business or Digital studies
- Automotive industry experience preferred
