This is anadditional headcountrole and will work closely with internal sales, tech, and client success teams to ensure seamless execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns.This position is based inToronto, Canada, with ahybrid work model .What You’ll DoAct as thetechnical programmatic leadfor PG, PMP, and Open Market dealsSupport deal setup, execution, troubleshooting, and optimization across DSPsPartner with agency and demand-side clients to drive campaign performance and deliveryAnalyze bid performance, win rates, pacing, and inventory accessResolve technical issues related to creatives, VAST tags, measurement, and DSP integrationsProvide insights, post-campaign analysis, and optimization recommendationsCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Tech Ops, Product,



and Analytics teamsServe as an escalation point for complex programmatic delivery issuesWhat We’re Looking For5–7 yearsof experience in programmatic advertising (publisher, DSP, platform, or trading desk)Solid knowledge ofPG, PMP, and Open Marketdeal structuresHands‑on experience with DSPs such asThe Trade Desk, DV360, Magnite, or similarUnderstanding of programmatic measurement, brand safety, and auction mechanicsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsProficiency inExcel / Google Sheetsand reporting tools (SSP dashboards, Looker, Tableau)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsNice to HaveExperience withaudio, video, CTV, or podcast monetizationExposure to supply path optimization (SPO)Experience working in client-facing or scaled operations rolesWork AuthorizationCandidates must belegally authorized to work in Canada.
