Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team.
- Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability

Sales Process and Performance

- Establish a consistent sales cadence, including pipeline reviews, forecasting sessions, and performance tracking.
- Drive robust CRM utilization and sales process discipline across the team.
- Build and actively manage a robust prospect database for corporate, group, and event clients.
- Maintain accountability for pace, production, and conversion metrics.

Business Development

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and community partners.




- Conduct site tours, presentations, and client negotiations.
- Ensure a smooth handoff from contract through execution to deliver an exceptional experience for guests and planners.

What You Will Bring

- Progressive sales experience in hospitality, hotel, or event venue environments.
- 5+ years as either a Senior Sales Manager or Director of Sales.
- Experience working directly with senior hotel leadership.
- Creative prospecting strategies to identify new business opportunities.
- A hands-on approach to building relationships with the community.
- Strong knowledge of GTA corporate and group market.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
