- Collaborate with Finance, Health & Safety, and operational leaders to support business objectives and deliver exceptional employee service.
- Contribute wherever needed – this is a collaborative, hands‑on role where no two days are the same.
What You Bring
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive Human Resources experience in a generalist role.
- Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- CHRP designation required; CHRL designation is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated experience providing employee relations guidance and coaching leaders.
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing confidential employee matters.
- Experience processing payroll in a multi‑employee environment.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Exceptional judgment, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Manufacturing or industrial experience is considered an asset.
