An established public sector organization is seeking a Senior Salesforce Specialist to support the delivery of a high-profile digital transformation initiative focused on enhancing citizen-facing services. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex Salesforce solutions that directly improve user experience, accessibility, and service delivery.

Working alongside technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leaders, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. Your Responsibilities

- Configure and deploy Salesforce Experience Cloud components supporting a modernized customer service platform.
- Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), user journeys, forms, and service request workflows.
- Integrate Experience Cloud solutions with Service Cloud and other enterprise systems using established integration patterns.
- Configure authentication, security, access controls, and data privacy requirements.




- Prepare technical design documentation, architecture inputs, and development artifacts.
- Support testing, deployment activities, issue resolution, and post‑launch stabilization.
- Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and technical handover to internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience delivering large‑scale technology projects within government or complex enterprise environments.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience including Apex, Visualforce, APIs, Flows, AppExchange deployments, and Lightning Web Components.
- 5+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, or Analytics Cloud.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms using tools such as Apache NiFi, Kafka, or RapidMQ.
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Platform App Builder certification.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data privacy controls, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and multi‑environment deployments.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, solution design, estimation, and project delivery skills.
