From context and problem framing all the way through to the delivery of meaningful solutions. You will conduct research to understand our customers’ problems, work with the business to understand their needs,



collaborate with UI designers and developers to design the final product.Your responsibilities:Advocate for our customers by gaining a deep understanding of their work and the challenges they faceBe a key partner to stakeholders and product management in helping to come up with approaches that work — you’re not here to just “gather” requirementsProactively apply research techniques that are appropriate to the problem being addressedConcept, prototype, validate, fine-tune and present design solutionsCommunicate those solutions to our developers in an agile software development environmentCreate sketches, flows, wireframes and other design artifactsHelp identify and leverage metrics to drive product management and measure successGuide and coach other designers and non-designers to uplift their design thinking capabilitiesJoin a diverse team using modern toolsAbout you:6+ years’ experience doing user experience design for web, desktop or mobile applicationsA portfolio showing your UX process and how it resulted in products that people loveExperience with a range of tools and the willingness to adopt to new tools as neededExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and keep organized in a dynamic environmentVery good understanding of web technologiesEmpathy, intellectual curiosity and openness to learn about compliance in financeExperience in an Enterprise business environment is definitely an assetCompensation:Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with British Columbia’s pay transparency laws. Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating factors such as expertise, skills, education, and professional background.The range below reflects the expected annual base salary, which is only one element of our comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect our company pay philosophy, culture and values.
