We are looking for a proactive BAS Technician to support our growing client portfolio. You will troubleshoot BAS systems, program controllers, and conduct preventative maintenance while delivering energy management insights. Familiarity with the Niagara Framework and effective communication is key for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to service alarms
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
• Program, commission, and test BAS systems
• Prepare energy savings and maintenance reports
• Collaborate with team members on project delivery
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Niagara AX and Niagara 4
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and clean abstract
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project
• Ability to lift and travel between client sites
