Our client, known for quality service in the Lower Mainland, is looking for a Plumbing Estimator to support their growing needs. In this role, you will provide plumbing takeoffs for bid submissions and manage change orders while collaborating with preconstruction leadership. Solid organization and attention to detail are essential for managing competing bids successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle plumbing takeoffs for bid submissions and detail estimates
• Support change order estimates and pricing revisions
• Coordinate multiple concurrent bids with PMs




• Review estimates with Preconstruction Manager before bids
• Continuously enhance takeoff parameters based on site feedback
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in plumbing estimating
• Knowledge of BC Plumbing Code is essential
• Manage multiple bids ranging from $20K to $40M
• Must work fully in-office in Burnaby
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
