Espace Properties is a Montreal-based real estate investment and hospitality company focused on acquiring, renovating, and operating distinctive boutique properties. We are currently preparing for the opening of Manoir Emery, our newest luxury 15-room boutique hotel located in the heart of the latin quarter in downtown Montreal. Manoir Emery is truly a 5 star boutique hotel experience, realized after 14 months of construction, featuring a restaurant and bar (to come), indoor 4 season enclosure, and exterior terrace.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Boutique Hotel General Manager to lead the property's daily operations from pre-opening through ongoing operations. This is an opportunity to play a key role in launching a recent hospitality brand and shaping the guest experience from day one.

What you'll do

- Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations.
- Lead and support the front desk and housekeeping teams.




- Deliver an exceptional guest experience and resolve guest concerns.
- Train, schedule, and develop staff.
- Execute and oversee maintenance schedules alongside owners and subcontractors.
- Monitor budgets, purchasing, inventory, and operating costs.
- Work closely with ownership on operations, revenue, and continuous improvements.
- Work with marketing team to help grow and maintain brand codes.
- Help establish operating procedures and service standards during the hotel's pre-opening phase.

What we're looking for

- Previous hotel management experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Passion for boutique hospitality and guest service.
- English and French required.
- Technology minded.

Schedule

- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible start time between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m.
