Serve the community at Caslan School by becoming a full time Nutrition Program Worker with Northern Lights Public Schools. Your role will focus on providing safe, healthy meals to students.
Starting on August 27, 2026, you will cater to approximately 90 students in a supportive learning environment focused on health and well-being. It’s essential to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety under school administration’s guidance. A culinary education and experience in food services are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver meals to enhance student nutrition
• Maintain a clean and sanitary cafeteria space
• Collaborate with school leadership on dietary needs
• Follow health safety guidelines and school policies
• Cater to students' dietary preferences and requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum of Grade 12 or higher education qualification
• Certification in Food Safety from Alberta Health Services
• Experience in food handling or culinary roles
• Familiarity with relevant school regulations
• Strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks
