Senior DesignerICON Office Environments & Jeff’s at Work Office Furniture In-Office | Full-Time (5 days/week)60% ICON | 40% Jeff’s at Work (both companies operate from same location)Compensation: $75,000–$80,000 annual salaryRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Designer to play a key role in delivering high-quality, well-coordinated design solutions across ICON Office Environments and Jeff’s at Work (both operating at the same location).This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with ownership of accurate, thoughtful, and efficient design work, particularly for higher-level or more complex projects. You will collaborate closely with the Design Lead, Sales, and Operations to ensure projects move forward smoothly, on time, and to a high standard of design excellence.This role is ideal for a confident, experienced designer who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and collaboration, without formal people-management responsibilities.Key Responsibilities - Design Execution & Project OwnershipLead design development on assigned projects from concept through completionTake ownership of higher-level, complex, or priority projects as assigned by the Design LeadProduce accurate drawings, specifications, and layouts that align with client needs, timelines, and budgetsEnsure all design deliverables meet ICON and Jeff’s at Work quality standardsProject Coordination & AccountabilityManage timelines, tasks, and deliverables using AsanaMaintain clear communication with Sales and Operations throughout the project lifecycleProactively identify design challenges, scope gaps, or risks and raise them earlySupport smooth handoffs between sales, design,



and operationsDesign & Technical ExcellenceStrong working knowledge and daily use of:CET DesignerAutoCADBalance creativity with practicality, efficiency, and constructabilityApply consistent design standards across both brandsParticipate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from the Design LeadCollaboration & Cross-Functional SupportWork closely with Sales Representatives to support client vision and project successAct as a reliable design partner being responsive, solution-oriented, and detail-focusedCollaborate with Operations to ensure designs are realistic and executableTools, Systems & Continuous ImprovementUse Google Suite for documentation, communication, and collaborationLeverage AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow where appropriateContribute ideas to improve design processes, templates, and systemsExperience & Qualifications5+ years of professional commercial design experienceStrong experience with:CET DesignerAutoCADAsana (or similar project management tools)Google SuiteHighly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
