What does it look like to be a Site Superintendent:

- Coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure work meets contract documents, schedules, and quality standards
- Support health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance, including orientations, inspections, and safety talks
- Manage and document site activities, including daily logs, worker hours, materials, equipment, and deliveries
- Assist with project scheduling (MS Project), risk management, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and authorities to address site challenges and maintain progress
- Supervise, mentor, and coach field staff while promoting a secure and productive work workplace.

What you bring:

- High school diploma required; diploma/degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field preferred
- 6+ years of progressive on-site construction supervision experience
- Knowledge of construction documents, regulations, and safety practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites
