We're partnering with a well-established automotive manufacturer that is expanding its Program Management team due to continued business growth. If you're a hands-on Program Manager who enjoys leading launches, solving problems, and working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customers, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead new automotive programs from customer award through successful production launch (SOP)

• Drive APQP activities and ensure launch readiness

• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, tooling, purchasing, suppliers, and customers throughout the program lifecycle

• Manage tooling builds, trials, PPAP submissions, and production sign-off

• Support engineering changes and continuous improvement after launch

• Lead cross-functional meetings and maintain project timing, budgets, risks, and deliverables

• Travel periodically to customer, supplier, and manufacturing locations

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of Program Management experience in the automotive industry





• Engineering degree or diploma

• Strong experience managing OEM launches from concept through production

• Experience with APQP, PPAP, GD&T;, ADVP&R;, and injection mold tooling

• Experience with automotive exterior plastic components such as bumpers, fascias, rocker panels, trim systems, or similar

• Injection moulding, painting, and assembly experience

• Experience supporting GM, Ford, Stellantis, or Toyota programs preferred

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams

• Valid passport and ability to travel to customer and supplier locations

What's offered:

• $95,000–$110,000 base salary

• Performance bonus (up to 8%)
