Job Description:

• Our client is seeking an experienced Project Control Officer V to support large-scale project and program delivery initiatives.

• The role will focus on project monitoring and control activities, including reporting, financial management, RAID management, schedule tracking, and project governance.

• The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables, milestones, risks, and financials are effectively managed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, Decision) logs, ensuring accuracy and currency.

• Prepare and consolidate weekly status reports, executive steering committee materials, and ad-hoc reporting requests.

• Track and manage project interdependencies across multiple workstreams.

• Support financial management activities, including forecasting, actual spend tracking, and variance analysis.

• Maintain project change request (PCR) logs and coordinate related activities.

• Organize, manage, and track project artifacts, exceptions, and exemptions for compliance and delivery assurance reviews.

• Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies while identifying and escalating potential delays.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to support project governance and execution activities. • Ensure adherence to project methodologies and delivery standards.

Experience:

• Must have 10+ years of experience in Project Monitoring and Control activities, including Schedule Management, Reporting, RAID Management,



and Financial Management.

• Experience supporting large-scale projects and program delivery initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication experience.

• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including PDLC, Agile, and Hybrid frameworks.

• Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

• Banking or financial services industry experience is preferred.

• PMP certification is considered an asset.

• Candidates with stable work history and long-term engagements are preferred.

Skillsets:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, and SharePoint.

• Strong project governance, reporting, and financial tracking capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Robust organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

• Attention to detail with the ability to work independently.

• Ability to adapt and perform effectively in ambiguous environments.

Education: Post-secondary education is preferred.
