In this role, you will engage with tenants at Overlook, a place where peer support combines with housing assistance. Your focus will be on administering harm reduction programs while practicing a housing-first philosophy. You will join a dedicated team committed to helping residents manage their health and tenancy in a supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver 24/7 harm reduction programs for tenants
• Adhere to health and housing program guidelines
• Employ person-centered strategies to support participants
• Respond to overdose situations,



administering naloxone
• Facilitate effective management of tenants’ tenancies
Requirements:
• At least two years of relevant experience in community work
• Work experience with marginalized groups is essential
• Understanding of substance use and mental health challenges
• Training in health or social services is an asset
