Our client is looking Cybersecurity Consultan t that will work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders to review and develop cybersecurity policies and standards for implementation.- 01321
6 months contract to start, likely will renew, Hybrid in Downtown Vancouver
Must Have:
- A minimum five (5) years of working experience in Information Technology, at least three (3) years in cybersecurity or equivalent, and at least two (2) years in policy development and review.
- Knowledge and experience of NIST CSF / 800-53r5 / RMF / AI RMF, COBIT, ISO 27001/2, cloud security, and AI risk.
- Ability to identify control gaps with respect to policies and standards and make recommendations on prioritized actions in tailoring an appropriate set of policies and standards for the company
- Develop and review policies and standards by working closely and collaboratively with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to address their issues and concerns as related to policy development, review, and implementation.
- Assist in supporting other tasks required by cybersecurity and compliance programs or initiatives.
Nice to haves:
- Seven (7) years of working experience in Information Technology, at least five (5) years in cybersecurity or equivalent.
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or equivalent
- With working experience on Operational Technology (OT) or NERC CIP compliance
