Insight Global is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a leading industrial client. This individual will serve as the electrical engineering technical lead, providing guidance and oversight throughout the lifecycle of capital and operational projects.
The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external engineering firms to develop, review, and validate technical solutions while ensuring compliance with standards, project objectives, and operational requirements.
This role requires strong technical leadership, multidisciplinary coordination experience, and the ability to influence decision-making across complex industrial projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who excels in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering protected, reliable, and efficient engineering solutions.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Instrumentation & Control specialization or related field)
- Member of the OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec)
- 5–10 years of engineering experience
- Significant experience in multidisciplinary technical coordination
