About the opportunityThe Project Manager delivers a portfolio of real estate projects across the organization’s national healthcare network, including new builds, renovations, relocations, and space optimizations. Highly execution-focused, the role coordinates General Contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on scope, schedule, and budget. With a strong understanding of construction processes, the Project Manager drives transparent communication, resolves issues proactively, and supports smooth transitions from project delivery to operational readiness.Salary range: $73,100-$103,600Take an inside look at what you’ll be do each dayProject Delivery & Coordination (35%)Coordinate delivery of clinic builds renovations, relocations, and space optimizations across multiple regionsSupport execution by coordinating contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholdersTrack schedules, milestones, and risks; elevate issues asneededSupport smooth transitions from construction to operations, ensuring clinical and operational readinessEnsure projects align with clinical workflows, patient experience, accessibility, regulatory, and internal standardsDocumentation & Reporting (20%)Maintain project documentation, schedules, and close-out materialsProvide regular status, risk, and milestone reportingSupport project close-out and handover to OperationsStakeholder & Relationship Management (30%)Build robust relationships with Operations, Finance, IT, Marketing, HR, Corporate Teams, and the FieldServe as a primary point of contact for contractors, consultants,



and vendorsFacilitate meetings, site walkthroughs, and regular project updatesCommunicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersSchedule, Cost & Change Support (15%)Assist with schedule, budget, and change management in collaboration with Real Estate and Facilities teamsSupport evaluation of scope changes, constructability, and operational impactsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, manage risk, and maintain qualityWhat you need to be successfulDiploma or degree in Project Management, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field5+ years of project management experience, ideally in healthcare, retail, or multi-site environmentsExperience delivering clinic builds and renovations across multiple regions or national portfoliosWorking knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and consultant coordinationPMP designation considered an assetStrong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized, collaborative,
