Responsibilities

- Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions
- Coordinate the organization’s financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
- Direct and motivate staff and supervise 3–4 people
- Identify and investigate compliance issues
- Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Design and manage investment strategies
- Monitor financial control systems
- Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

Qualifications

- Permanent employment
- Work language: English or French
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience




- Preferred language: Korean
- Computer skills: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD)
- Experience in management, finance, accounting, treasury, financial planning, or financial examination
- Background in energy or industrial/commercial/institutional construction work
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to undergo criminal record and driver's licence checks
