You'll work directly with engineering teams at startups and large enterprises to design integrations, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers from discovery through implementation and long-term success.You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, ensuring customers understand how to use Suger's APIs, workflows, and marketplace capabilities to drive revenue.This role is based in Vancouver, Canada. We use a hybrid work model of 4 days in the Downtown office per week.In this role, you'll: Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and map workflows to Suger's APIs and integrationsLead technical discovery, demos, walkthroughs, and proof-of-concept supportGuide customers through onboarding, implementation, and go-liveTroubleshoot API issues, investigate logs, validate configurations,
