Job Description

TD offers a full range of financial products and services. We are expanding our Mobile Mortgage Sales Force and looking for proven sales professionals. The Mobile Mortgage Specialist role includes developing mortgage leads through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence. The role offers a flexible work schedule and targeted sales training to build sales skills and credit knowledge. Your Senior District Sales Manager will support you with joint calls and monthly coaching sessions. You will use a dedicated sales management system.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Generate mortgage leads through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
- Utilize sales training and corporate support to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct joint calls with Senior District Sales Manager and participate in coaching sessions.
- Manage sales activities using our sales management system.

Qualifications

- Self‑starter with exceptional sales skills.
- Independent,



self‑managed professional who enjoys developing new business in a fast‑paced, competitive market.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication.
- Post‑secondary education preferred.
