We provide inclusive, low‑barrier programs that support seniors, families, children, and individuals facing social, economic, and health‑related challenges. Rooted in community connection and collaboration, Crouch works alongside residents and partners to strengthen belonging, wellness, and resilience.Position SummaryThe Executive Director (ED) is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and sustainability of Crouch NRC. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ED provides strategic direction, oversees daily operations, ensures financial stability, and serves as a visible ambassador within the community. This role requires a collaborative, values‑driven leader with robust nonprofit management skills and a commitment to community development.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & GovernanceAdvance Crouch NRC’s mission, vision, and strategic prioritiesWork closely with the Board of Directors to support governance, planning, and accountabilityFoster an inclusive, respectful, and community‑centred organizational cultureOperations & People ManagementOversee day‑to‑day operations, programs, and servicesRecruit, supervise, and support staff, students and key volunteers, empowering their leadership in their roles and tasksEnsure effective policies, procedures, and risk management practicesLead budgeting, financial planning, and reportingEnsure compliance with funder and regulatory requirementsLead fundraising, grant writing, and revenue diversificationCommunity Engagement & PartnershipsAct as a public representative and advocate for Crouch NRCBuild and maintain strong relationships with residents, funders,
and community partners and multi‑level government representativesRepresent the organization on neighbourhood and community‑wide governance tables and committeesStrengthen collaborations that respond to neighbourhood needsQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in a nonprofit or community‑based organizationExperience working with a Board of DirectorsStrong financial management and organizational leadership skillsStrong revenue development, grant writing and donor relationship skillsDemonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and community developmentExcellent communication and relationship‑building abilitiesKnowledge of the nonprofit and community services sector in London or similar communities is an assetDemonstrated ability to use technology and social media to support effective organizational management, communication, community engagement, and outreach, including proficiency with standard office software, virtual meeting platforms, cloud‑based systems, and ethical, inclusive online practices.Special ConsiderationsCompletion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC)Valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract, appropriate insurance and access to a reliable vehicle.Working ConditionsWork is generally performed in an office and/or in the community but can occasionally involve other settingsSchedule demands flexibility for evening and weekend meetings and events as well as occasional overnight travel out of town.Salary range: $75,000–$80,000, commensurate with experienceHealth Spending Account (HSA)Meaningful leadership role within a long‑standing, respected community organization making direct community impactSupportive Board and engaged community partnersCrouch Neighbourhood Resource Centre is committed to equity and inclusion and encourages applications from candidates who reflect the diversity of the communities we serve.Only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.75,000 - 80,000 Commensurate with experienceWhether you're looking for volunteer opportunities,networking events or a job in the nonprofit sector,we can help.#J-18808-Ljbffr
