The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.Job Description:KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESCUSTOMERManage a team of professionals providing program and control related services to partnersAct as a key reference point and subject matter expert for programs and processes relating to area of expertiseProvide business subject matter expertise on various organizing committees in the development and delivery of business programs, as appropriateLiaise with other subject matter experts, internally and externally, to understand and interpret applicable legislation / regulations relating to program administrationEnsure business and partners are provided with high quality advice and supportManage all program administration activities, ensuring co-ordination of changes, monitoring the effectiveness, timeliness and accuracy of program deliveryCoordinate department compliance with overall division guidelines as well as regulatory agenciesIdentify key metrics and criteria for success and ensure appropriate reporting mechanisms are established and implementedProvide operational leadership for the effective management of organization-wide programming,
developing and implementing best-in- class solutions that are scalable in support of organization and business partner goalsResponsible to ensure effective communication to employees and leaders on operational policies, programs, processes and standards as well as improving work processes and finding efficiencies through new initiatives and other changes for continuous improvementSHAREHOLDEREnsure team adheres to enterprise frameworks and methodologies related to overall business management activitiesLead relationships with corporate and/or control functions to ensure alignment with enterprise and/or regulatory requirements to ensure the optimal use of resourcesExecute on the annual business plan to deliver results aligned with business strategiesMay manage overall budget, revenue and expenditures, meet business objectives while increasing efficiency and effectivenessSupport team in staying knowledgeable on emerging issues, trends and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts to the BankMonitor and communicate the effectiveness of delivery strategies, programs, and practices related to own areaAssess / identify key issues and escalate to appropriate levels and relevant stakeholders and business management where requiredIdentify, mitigate and report on risk issues per enterprise policy / guidance and ensure appropriate escalation processes are followedEnsure business operations are in compliance with applicable internal and external requirements ( e.G. financial controls, segregation of duties, transaction approvals and physical control of assets)Lead or contribute to cross-functional / enterprise initiatives as an organizational or subject matter expert helping to identify risk / provide guidance for complex situationsManage oversight process within their mandate,
