This role will lead multiple high-impact initiatives, operating at the intersection of business and technology within a highly complex project team structure. The ideal candidate brings deep financial services experience, strong executive presence, and a proven ability to deliver large-scale initiatives in environments with high ambiguity and multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of large, complex payments and RTR initiatives Manage projects exceeding $10M+ budgets Head initiatives involving both technology and business teams, internal and external Lead Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings and prepare executive-level presentations Develop high-quality slide decks and project artifacts for senior stakeholders Navigate complex organizational structures and competing priorities Drive alignment across stakeholders while managing risk, scope, and delivery timelines Act as a senior liaison between business leaders, technology teams,



and vendors Required Skills 10+ years of successful project delivery experience in exceptionally complex environments Extensive experience in Financial Services, with strong exposure to Canadian Financial Institutions and/or FinTech organizations Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex programs Strong experience leading executive governance and SteerCo forums Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and relationship-building skills Preferred / Desired Skills Experience managing difficult stakeholders Proven success working in environments with high ambiguity Experience delivering complex implementation projects Experience with Real Time Rails / Payments initiatives (strong asset) Additional Skills & Competencies Executive-level presence and confidence Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on execution About the Company This digital‑first Canadian bank offers simple, no‑fee everyday banking alongside innovative online financial tools spanning checking, savings, mortgages, and investments.
