Senior Product Marketing Manager at KabamJoin to apply for theSenior Product Marketing Managerrole atKabam .Reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Product Marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager builds marketing strategy to achieve new and live games' business goals. The role involves shaping the brand identity, planning consumer-focused marketing strategies and programs to achieve targets, defining marketing priorities, leading detailed planning discussions with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring execution with project leadership. The Manager must stay closely aligned with game studios and external partners while staying updated on market trends.This role is a full‑time, on‑site position based 5 days a week at our Downtown Vancouver studio.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify marketing opportunities & tasks to achieve business goals for current and live titles.Devise brand strategy, including brand identity, positioning and key messaging.Build marketing initiatives and lead discussions with cross‑functional teams, including game studios.Develop marketing campaign strategies based on game content plans and consumer insights to support the success of new and live titles.Lead cross‑functional discussions to develop detailed strategies and plans.Work with Consumer Insights and Product Development to understand product appeal for various audience segments.Execute marketing programs to drive organic traffic in the branding activity area (PR, partnerships).Build a campaign calendar for all activities and ensure consistent execution across all channels with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.Build product‑focused presentations to evangelize key features and marketing roadmaps.Build brand guidelines and lead communications with cross‑functional teams,



especially for new games.Build key branding asset plan and lead brainstorming to ensure alignment with branding strategy.Work with ASO manager to build a platform asset strategy integrated into game content roadmap and brand guidelines.Work with Growth team to align growth marketing strategy with business goals and creative strategy.Stay updated on competition and market trends to inform marketing strategies.Build relationships with Game Development and Licensing partners.Oversee partner and vendor relationships for marketing initiatives.Partner with Business Development to represent brands with first‑party partners.Assist in managing annual marketing budgets.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Master's preferred).7+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the gaming industry.Strategic thinker with a track record of achieving results.Proactive performer who identifies business opportunities.Project leadership experience leading marketing initiatives and communications.Understanding of consumer insights and their application.Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.Budget management and financial analysis proficiency.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming culture.BenefitsExtended health coverage effective day one.DEIB benefits including gender‑affirming care, fertility care,
