Print & Digital Producer (Contract) — Toronto

Pay: $40–65/hr, depending on overall experience

My client, a major global marketing and advertising network, is looking for a seasoned Producer to support a Senior Producer on one of their flagship accounts. This is a 1-month full-time hybrid (2 days/week onsite) contract in Toronto starting as soon as possible, with a strong possibility of extension.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who knows print inside and out — prepress, proofing, vendor management, OOH, retail and POS — and can also run digital deliverables like banners, social assets, and versioning. Print is the priority; digital is a close second; motion is a bonus, not a requirement.

The right person is a true production taskmaster: comfortable working high and low, happy to be the operational engine behind a Senior Producer, and able to keep multiple workstreams moving without needing to own the spotlight. You've spent your career in agencies, you know what a press check looks like, and you chase down loose ends before anyone asks.



Experience on financial services accounts is a robust plus — you'll already know how to move work through legal and compliance reviews without losing pace.

What you'll be doing:

- Running day-to-day production across print and digital deliverables on a major account
- Managing print vendors, timelines, proofs, and press approvals end to end
- Coordinating digital asset production and delivery alongside print workstreams
- Keeping the Senior Producer ahead of issues instead of surprised by them

What we're looking for:

- 8+ years of agency production experience with a Producer, Print Producer, Integrated Producer, Production Manager, or Studio Producer title
- Deep print production craft: prepress, color proofing, print vendor management, large-format/OOH, retail/POS
- Working digital production experience (banners, social, asset versioning)
- Available to start immediately
- Financial services account experience an asset

This is not a project management role — we're not looking for scrum masters or process leads. We're looking for a producer who makes work happen.
