What You’ll DoProactively identify, monitor and help mitigate corporate financial exposure associated with dealersBuild and maintain collaborative relationships with the dealers and various internal and external stakeholdersConsult with dealers and corporate team members to provide analysis and insight into the root causes of under‑performing stores and develop action plans to improve dealers’ financial resultsDevelop and present executive‑level materials to facilitate decision making at various levels within the organization to both financial and non‑financial stakeholdersEnsure dealer compliance with applicable portions of the dealer contract and policiesPerform cost‑benefit analysis for evaluating capital store project impacts to dealersDevelop the annual dealer allowance budget, monthly & quarterly reforecasts, and variance analysisExecute ad hoc business requests, including deep dive analysis and report buildingEvolve existing financial models and develop current models to help increase productivity, functionality, and minimize errorsMaintain existing materials and develop new finance content for the dealer training program, facilitate the training of new dealers, and assess their performanceWhat You BringStrong financial, analytical and problem‑solving skills exhibited through experienceAdvanced degree in business (MBA) or a professional accounting designation (CPA)Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage various personalities and confrontational situationsSuperior communication skills, both written and verbalMinimum 5 years’ business experienceStrong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi‑taskExtensive working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access,
