Job Title: Senior EstimatorOn-site/ Remote/ Hybrid: OnsiteLocation: Hamilton, ON Job Type: PermanentSalary: $100,000 - $140,000 annuallyResponsibilities:Lead a team of junior estimators - delegate tasks and review workReview RFQ documents for risks and opportunitiesDevelop BOM’s Labour hour estimates and subcontractor scopes and pricingLiaise with cross-functional departments (engineering, procurement, operations, finance) to develop estimatesReview subcontractor and material quotes for accuracy and completeness (risks and opportunities)Support operations with change order quotations (as requested)Develop preliminary project schedules with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, planning, etc.)Generate and submit proposals and manage proposal deliverablesRequirements:Estimating experience in manufacturing and heavy industrial fabrication - marine preferredPreferred - Demonstrate experience in dry docking projects, steel renewals, machinery installation and overhaul, complex refitsPreferred - Strong understanding of class, PSPC, CCG,
