Market Research Manager, Automotive & Mobility Development
Location: Toronto
Travel Requirements: Canadian residents will visit clients monthly in the Greater Toronto Area; US residents must travel domestically and internationally (Canada) quarterly.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage survey research on time and on budget, working closely with other departments and suppliers.
- Handle all aspects of project management/coordination for ongoing tracking studies, including sampling, fieldwork management, data processing, reporting, and client interaction.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships and develop an understanding of their business issues.
- Analyze and interpret results; prepare client reports and presentations.
- Assist with expanding and enhancing current studies and propose new research to meet client needs.
- Create and manage documentation of project requirements to ensure business safety and enable training of others.

- Strong interest in automotive product research.
- Eagerness to learn and highly coachable.
- Program management and operational focus.
- Strong people skills and a true team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; solid active listening skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Curiosity about data and research results.
- Ability to prepare engaging presentations that are strong visually and in writing.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Completed bachelor’s degree (or higher) in marketing research, sociology, psychology, marketing, management, or science.
- At least 2 years’ experience in market research, including prior project and client management.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally if required.
Salary
Estimated base salary range: $60,000 - $65,000 CAD (in accordance with Ontario & British Columbia law). Final base salary determined by non‑discriminatory factors such as location, experience, skills, and education.
