Taylor Ryan is currently searching for a Construction Project Manager in Calgary to lead multimillion-dollar ICI (Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial) construction projects. Our client is tier 1 general contractor looking for people to join their growing team. The company has a strong history of building great projects in Western Canada and actively growing their teams in 2026.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project expenses, track costs, and ensure adherence to the budget.



Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to control expenditures.
- Create and maintain project schedules, including milestone dates and critical path activities. Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.

What Our Client is targeting:

- At least 8 years experience with a general contractor in Canada.
- Project management of large institutional, commercial, or industrial projects ($20-100 Million) through various construction methods and delivery models such as Design Build, Construction Management, or IPD.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
