Territory Manager - Packaged Gases (full time)

The Territory Manager will be responsible for generating sales within an assigned territory of existing & new accounts. This position will be accountable for achieving quota by prospecting new customers and growing existing relationships.

What you will enjoy doing

- You will generate sales within an assigned territory by managing both existing accounts and developing new customers.
- Focus on achieving your sales quota through current business development and by strengthening long‑term customer relationships.
- Promote sales and provide ongoing account service to assigned and potential customers, both onsite and by phone.
- Improve gross profit and overall profitability by fully understanding and positioning the company’s value propositions.
- You will support and implement marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches within your territory.
- Secure long‑term relationships by negotiating product supply agreements with key customers.
- Maintain an active list of target accounts by generating, qualifying, and following up on new business leads while monitoring competitive activity.
- Ensure complete and accurate account set‑up and pricing data, and demonstrate products to new account customers as needed.

What makes you great

- You have a high‑school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred to provide a strong educational foundation.
- Five to seven (5‑7) years of outside sales experience preferred, ensuring a robust background in sales.
- Experience in industrial gases is an asset, enhancing your expertise in the field.




- Welding experience is preferred, offering additional industry‑specific skills.
