Full Stack Developer (SDET) Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a robust background in Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET) and Test Architecture. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in full stack development and software testing, demonstrating expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, along with a deep understanding of test automation frameworks and quality engineering practices. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. Implement, enhance, and manage automated testing frameworks to ensure software quality and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, develop, and deliver new features. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Develop and maintain test architecture strategies, automation standards, and best practices. Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve development and testing processes. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7-10 years of relevant experience in Full Stack Development, SDET, and Test Architecture. Proven expertise in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Express.js, .NET, Java, or Python.



Solid understanding of Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET) principles and Test Architecture. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks. Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database management systems. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments. Knowledge of performance testing and load testing tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within project timelines. The pay range for this role is CAD 80,000- CAD 99,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
