SAP Solution Architect – S/4HANA (RTR, PTP, OTC)

An exciting opportunity to join a Global Consultancy working on large scale S/4HANA Implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Architecture:

- Lead the design and architecture of SAP S/4HANA solutions for RTR, PTP, and OTC processes, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.
- Develop end-to-end solutions by integrating SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and propose best-practice solutions.
- Act as a solution lead for S/4HANA implementation projects, guiding technical and functional teams.
- Define and manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Analyze and document current business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Configure and customize SAP solutions to enhance PTP, RTR, and OTC operations.
- Ensure alignment of SAP processes with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business users, executives, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Present architectural designs, solutions, and roadmaps to stakeholders.





- Governance and Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to SAP standards and governance models.
- Maintain system integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and innovations, including S/4HANA upgrades and enhancements.
- Proactively recommend tools and technologies to optimize system performance.

Key Qualifications:

- Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP solution design and implementation.
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, specifically for RTR, PTP, and OTC processes.
- Experience in leading full lifecycle implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.) and integration points across RTR, PTP, and OTC.
- Knowledge of Fiori apps, CDS views, and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a quick-paced environment.
- SAP S/4HANA Certification in relevant modules is highly desirable.
