Consultant, Client Analytics at Bond Brand Loyalty At Bond Brand Loyalty, we combine human insight with advanced data science to design and optimize customer‑centric experiences, helping global brands drive measurable growth. We harness the power of data to deliver highly personalized, loyalty‑driven strategies that create lasting emotional and financial value. The Client Analytics team plays a central role in that mission. We develop and implement sophisticated analytical models and machine‑learning solutions that translate complex customer data into predictive insights and strategic foresight. Whether it’s identifying high‑value segments, forecasting customer behaviours, optimizing reward mix, or modelling campaign impact, our work informs critical business decisions. We’re seeking a Data Scientist (Consultant): a hybrid strategist, data scientist, and storyteller who can lead the development of end‑to‑end analytics solutions while engaging directly with stakeholders to shape and deliver client impact. You’ll bring deep analytical expertise and business acumen, working cross‑functionally with account teams, product owners, and client stakeholders to unlock value across industries such as retail, financial services, QSR, grocery, and automotive. In this role, you’ll own the full lifecycle of analytics initiatives—from problem framing and solution design to modelling, interpretation, and storytelling. You’ll also play a key role in scaling Bond’s data analytics capabilities and mentoring emerging talent within the practice. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in applied data science, marketing analytics, or quantitative consulting. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics (Master’s preferred). Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, modelling, and automation. Experience applying machine‑learning techniques (e.G., regression, classification, clustering, tree‑based models, NLP) using libraries such as scikit‑learn, pandas,
and statsmodels. Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.G., Snowflake, Databricks) and scalable model deployment practices. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights. Experience in loyalty, marketing, or customer‑experience domains is a strong asset. Solid consulting acumen: ability to engage clients, scope opportunities, and present strategic recommendations with confidence. Responsibilities Design and deploy end‑to‑end data analytics solutions, including data extraction, feature engineering, model training, validation, and interpretation. Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive models, including customer lifetime value (CLV), churn prediction, behavioural segmentation (clustering), uplift modelling, recommendation systems, and marketing attribution. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and measurable solutions. Apply statistical testing, A/B experimentation, simulation, and optimisation techniques to support decision‑making and continuous program improvement. Build and automate scalable pipelines for data processing and modelling using modern cloud platforms (e.G., Snowflake, Databricks). Design and deliver compelling data visualisations and storytelling using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to communicate complex results clearly to non‑technical audiences. Provide technical leadership on projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to capability development within the team. Support business development by identifying opportunities for data‑science application and contributing to proposal development. Benefits Compensation:
