Location: Downtown Montreal OR Toronto – Hybrid (3 days onsite/week, Monday or Friday mandatory)

Pay Rate: CAD $100–110/hr

Job Summary

Seeking an IT Observability Infrastructure Technician with experience supporting enterprise monitoring and observability platforms in a 24/7 production environment. The role involves infrastructure monitoring, automation, scripting, platform integration, and Level 2/3 support across Linux/Unix and Windows environments.

ITRS Geneos and Dynatrace experience are a must have

Must-Have Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring/observability environments
- Robust Linux/Unix administration and Windows knowledge
- Experience with Dynatrace, ITRS Geneos, OpenTelemetry, and Alerting tools
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, firewalls, networking, certificates, and load balancing
- Scripting experience with Python, Perl, or Bash
- Experience with Ansible, Jenkins, Git, and automation tools
- Experience providing Level 2/3 production support
- Dynatrace certification required (or within 3 months of start)
